We offer customers in the US and Internationally free shipping on all orders over $49 USD.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of the ship date.
All items must be returned in new condition with all packaging materials included.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
If you need to make modifications or changes to an order that has not been shipped yet please contact ASAP so the matter can be handled.
We are not liable for damages or loss due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout so please be sure to review all information properly before checking out.

All warranties have to be registered within 30 days of purchase.Items not registered will not be eligible for our 1-year limited warranty.

If your package arrived damaged due to the negligence of the shipping carrier we ask that you contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. Please refer to your tracking number provided to you at the time of purchase to get the status and time of your delivery.
Wealthy Shades reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully meet our Return Policy Conditions. All non-conforming returns will be returned to the sender at a charge to the sender of $25 per shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
